Skagerak Georg Jubilee Stool
Georg Jubilee Stool is designed as a celebration of Skagerak’s 40th anniversary. The original Georg collection, designed by Chris L. Halstrøm, expresses the virtues of both Scandinavian sensuality and Japanese minimalism and since the launch in 2012, it has been awarded several international design prizes for its practicality and eloquent form.
The jubilee version thus revives this original expression of the Georg stool in a novel way, equipped with a rare cushion made of aniline leather from a Swedish tannery called Tärnsjö.
The cushion is attached with a dainty braided leather strap, while the stool itself is created in untreated oak, known for its clear, light grains and sturdiness.
