Verpan Pantop Table Lamp Portable Brass
The elegant Pantop line was designed by Verner Panton in 1980, and has for a long time been a staple of the Verpan collection. Pantop is characterized by a bell-like, widely flaring shade which is mounted with the aperture facing down. The reflective chrome and brass finishes add a modern feel and create movement in the room in which they are placed.
Pantop Portable adds a level of ease of use and flexibility that allows you to take the light with you - from room to room, and create the desired atmosphere wherever you are. With seven hours of operating time, Pantop Portable allows you to enjoy the flexibility of light for an entire evening where there is no access to power.
The three-stage dimmer allows you to adjust the light level to the desired atmosphere and setting.

Verner Panton
The Danish architect Verner Panton caused a stir in the 60ies and kept on designing successful products until his death in 1998. Times they were a-changin? - and Panton’s innovatory ideas and daring use of modern materials and lavish colours were an instant hit. Panton became synonymous with sensational textile, furniture and lighting design. Works like the ‘Cone Chair’ and the ‘Globe Light’ are eternal Scandinavian design icons!
