Working across the design landscape, from self-initiated exhibitions to collaborations with leading brands, their expressive and thoughtful objects are inspired by the ‘sløyd’ teaching system. Taught as a subject in primary schools across Scandinavia, sløyd combines the learning and exploration of traditional woodwork or handicrafts, while developing a child’s deep respect for quality materials and aesthetic values.
