Subtle, organic forms and gentle diffuse light characterize the Stemlite Pendant – a new addition to the Stemlite Collection, a hidden gem from the space race era. Legendary designer Bill Curry’s ‘total look’ lamp was an innovative rethinking of the traditional lamp and captured the zeitgeist of West Coast America of the 1960s.

Combining new techniques, bold aesthetics and a pioneering approach to modular design, the original Stemlite floor and table lamps became an iconic symbol of this optimistic era.

The new pendant has been developed by simply flipping the original design upside-down. A simple, slender stem with hidden, stabilizing counterweights is available in Black Chrome, Red Black, and Pebble Gray. The gentle glow of the frosted glass globe creates an atmosphere which complements both modern and traditional interiors. The visual harmony of the entire Stemlite Collection means you can combine the Pendant, Floor and Table Lamps in any number of home, commercial and hospitality settings.
