Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we make every effort to ensure that you receive quality products with quality service. Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery will not be refunded. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without prior contact. Please contact us at info@questodesign.com or at +31 76 7370091 (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET). We will try to answer your email within two working days. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All cost for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged packaging/product

We do our best to protect the items we ship as good as possible. If a package is clearly damaged when delivered please open the package in the presence of the transporter. If this is not possible and it is clear the item is damaged refuse the parcel. If the items are damaged notify the transportation company right away. Please let us know within 4 days and send us digital images of the package and the damage products as proof. Based on the information provided we will replace the damaged product or send replacement parts.
