Created by TAF Architects as part of a table and bench set, Overlap Bench is designed to seat five. It also works fine as a stand-alone bench. The rustic planks are sturdy and only get more beautiful with added patina, and the painted steel frame strikes a dynamic contrast to the untreated wooden plan

Gabriella Gustafson and Mattias Ståhlbom have run the architecture and design studio TAF in Stockholm, Sweden since 2002. TAF's aim to make ordinary life less ordinary through subtle but effective changes in how products and architecture appear and function.
