Carlo Contin

Carlo Contin (1967 Limbiate MB), opened his design and interior architecture firm in 1998, after several years of working as an entrepreneur in his family’s company, specialized in tailor-made furniture. Since 1999, when he made his debut as a designer by presenting his first works at the Salone Satellite, he has been collaborating with some of the most prestigious design companies in the Italian and International scenario, beside taking part in a number of exhibitions both in Italy and around the world. In 2010 Triennale di Milano dedicated to him the personal exhibition “Interventi nella Sfera Domestica” inside the “Triennale Design Museum”. In 2013, with the exhibition “Avvitamenti” at the space Subalterno1, he exhibited an new collection of objects, outcome of a research project on wood workmanship.
