klaus Hackl

Klaus Hackl started his training as an industrial designer at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich and finished his studies at the University of Art and Design in Saarbruecken. He worked as an assistant of Konstantin Grcic and from 1995 to 1998 became a senior designer at Jasper Morrison´s Office in London.
In early 1999 he set up a studio for design in Munich. Since then the list of international clients has constantly expanded and today includes companies as diverse as Magis, Nils Holger Moormann, ENO-Paris, Promosedia, Lifebridge Medizintechnik AG, Side by Side and Palais Pinakothek amongst others.
Services offered by Klaus Hackl product design are wide ranging, from tableware & kitchen products to furniture and lighting, medical equipment, interior- and exhibition design.
His work has been exhibited on numerous occasions worldwide. His products have been awarded with several design awards, most recently the prestigious IF and Reddot Awards in 2008.
