Nemo Lampe de Bureau Applique
LAMPE DE BUREAU APPLIQUE Starting from the necessity of illuminating the faces reflected in the mirror of a cabinet designed for the famous French glassworks Boussois, in 1965 Charlotte Perriand designed the wall-mounted version of the Lampe de Bureau
The body features grey tones, while the translucid pressed glass diffuser is available in the finishes green, red, blue mare, blue grey, yellow and matte white outside. On the inside the white finish preserves the natural colour of the light.

Charlotte Perriand
To Charlotte Perriand, lamps were not a decorative element added for no reason, but a functional and technical component, a tool and an object answering to specific needs. Perriand's minimalistic approach instills a timeless character in her creations: these are the “Useful Forms” that came from the movement she co-founded in 1949. Like Perriand's furniture, her lamps are not immovable, but rotate and bend themselves, adjusting to our needs.
