Kay Bojesen Retro Monkey Mini Yellow
Kay Bojesen’s Monkey has always had a colourful personality. And the miniature version in beech wood in vintage green is taken from an original wallpaper from the archives, which Kay Bojesen designed for the children’s room in the late 1940s. The green shade has a lovely retro vibe that fits perfectly with a design classic like this Monkey.
The shade complements the cool look of the wood and helps emphasise the beauty of the FSC®-certified beech, which appears on the hands and feet, face and stomach and gives the colourful mini monkey a youthful and charming touch. In the play with colours, the Monkey’s lines are seen in a completely new way, and the original and ingenious design qualities of the individual parts are emphasised in the contrast between wood and paint. The mini monkey measures approx. 10 cm in height and is also available in vintage blue, vintage red and vintage yellow – all original colours from the archives that bring even more smiles to the smiling lines typical in Kay Bojesen’s designs.
All four monkeys complement each other beautifully and will bring smiles and style with their colourful personalities wherever they move in.
